About us
The insurance agency Atsalakis has been active in the insurance market of Crete for the last 45 years. We cooperate with more than 20 major insurance companies in the Greek market and our goal is to provide the best possible solutions for our peers and associates. Keeping track of developments, both in the Greek and the global markets, we decided to take a step further and we've set up A.T.S. Insurance Agents S.A., in order to offer complete solutions to our clients in both insurance and investment products.

How can I get a quote?

How can I get insured?
It’s as easy as the following 3 steps:
1. Reply to our e-mail which will lay out your selected insurance plan.
2. Fill out one of our quote forms.
3. We’ll draw up your insurance contract and mail it to in hard or electronic format.
How can I cancel my insurance?
Send us your contract details. You will then be required to mail in a hard signed copy of your cancellation. We’ll handle the rest in our usual professional manner.
How can I pay for my insurance?
Here are your online and offline choices of payment:
1. Pop by our office and pay in person
2. Pay via post office or bank using the pay slip we will forward to you
3. Do a bank transfer
4. Pay by debit or credit card using www.easypay.gr
5. Pay directly online by debit or credit card to ATS
How can I request a claim?
Health/House/Travel/Business Insurance: Contact the Customer Service of your Insurer or contact your ATS personal advisor.
Car Insurance: Contact the Road Assistance of your Insurer. They will arrange the transportation of your vehicle (if needed) to the garage and assist you with the paperwork.
